Why HISP Uganda?
HISP Uganda is affiliated with the University of Oslo and part of the global HISP network. For over a decade, we've collaborated with government ministries, educational institutions, NGOs, and development partners across Uganda, the region, and beyond to design, develop, and implement information systems in health, education, environment, and governance.
Our team combines technical expertise with deep understanding of public sector contexts, delivering sustainable solutions that strengthen data systems and improve decision-making at all levels.
